I squatted there for almost 2 months. Wasn't blown up at all. Couple of taggers in and out, but they never fucked with our gear.

I went here awhile ago. I never had a problem. but I still like the college squat on lower haight better. ha. electricity and shit. many junkies and tweekers though.
