I stay farrr away from any sort of anti-stick coating; it cannot usually take the heat put out by a straight up fire. And you don't want to get teflon in your food. Steel, Aluminum or Titanium (best, most $$$) and a pinch of oil are what I use. Ti plate and Ti cup are some of the best investments I've made. Add a lil pot holder and the plate is a fry pan, have made damn good taters on that one.

aluminium or steel
i feel like carrying titanium is not worth it for what is lost and got in matter of months.
