Sweet engine. I was thinking about how practical it would be to get an electric engine and power it with a dynamo hub. I wouldn't have enough money to do it now, but maybe in the future if it's doable.

When did they stop making them in the US? I just picked up a used 2011 LHT.Current ride is a older, still made in the US, long haul trucker. [GALLERY=media, 243]Don't touch my ride by Gypsybones posted Nov 26, 2017 at 2:26 AM[/GALLERY]

Love the purple Stingray; my first bike, and same color.heres my current crew of bikes:
first is my 50's monarch or monark always forget which spelling is post war. 70's banana seat and ape hangers, converted to a modern 3 piece crank. my parade slash group beer ride bike.
second is my stray cat, small batch bike company in madison wisconsin i believe. my daily rider city traffic bomber.
third is my 60's violet schwinn, literally only bought it cause ive never seen that color in a mens frame for sale, and it cost 30$ cldnt pass, just a back of shelf project.
fourth is my 72 continentaal, basically a junk yard build bought very few items new. has my all time favorite suicide brake on it.
fifth is my cannondale recently just sold great distan e rider just too tall of a frame for me, an got offered a decent price. R.I.P
sixth is my old stingray project, mostly a donor bike for my cruiser atm. but slowly refurbishing it
