My motorized commuter. Wou

Sweet engine. I was thinking about how practical it would be to get an electric engine and power it with a dynamo hub. I wouldn't have enough money to do it now, but maybe in the future if it's doable.

My friend has an electric wheel it has great acceleration and good for around town but has small range compared to gas engines which can go 200+ miles in a day

Custom weight weenie road bike I pieced together last year. Weighs 15.2 lbs. I was going to enter a casual race with it until I wrecked and shattered my shoulder.

All excess metal was drilled out of the bike to save weight.

Frame and fork: Jamis Icon Race 1000gram aluminum frame with 300gram full hollow carbon fork
Wheels: Dura Ace
Drivetrain: SRAM XX mountain bike derailleur and cassette with force1 cranks, chainring, chain
Cockpit: Ritchey stem and Deda bars, TRP brake levers and SunRace shifter
Brakes: Sram force1
Tires: Continental gatorskin and gp4000 with ultralight butyl tubes
Seat: Selle Italia SLR

Cost about $1800 but weighs as much as the $5000-$10000 carbon racing bikes

heres my current crew of bikes:

first is my 50's monarch or monark always forget which spelling is post war. 70's banana seat and ape hangers, converted to a modern 3 piece crank. my parade slash group beer ride bike.

second is my stray cat, small batch bike company in madison wisconsin i believe. my daily rider city traffic bomber.

third is my 60's violet schwinn, literally only bought it cause ive never seen that color in a mens frame for sale, and it cost 30$ cldnt pass, just a back of shelf project.

fourth is my 72 continentaal, basically a junk yard build bought very few items new. has my all time favorite suicide brake on it.

fifth is my cannondale recently just sold great distan e rider just too tall of a frame for me, an got offered a decent price. R.I.P

sixth is my old stingray project, mostly a donor bike for my cruiser atm. but slowly refurbishing it

My 2006 Trek 6500 SLR in its most recent configuration -- have upgraded/replaced everything except fork, headset/stem, derailleurs/shifters and seatpost. I've got a mix of bikepacking and old-school rack setup going on at the moment -- I could go either way depending on what kind of trip I want to do.

Love the purple Stingray; my first bike, and same color.
