That's all it is man, you just have to understand they're only trying to serve and protect.

Weirdly, though, they do put the attitude on hold when they find out you're "British".

Then all you have to do is put up with half an hour of remarks about tea, bad teeth, the queen and "socialism" while they give you a lift to the bus-station, or, at least, that's what kept happening to me.

Just don't ask them to explain what "socialism" actually is or they'll get confused and shoot you.

My advice to you, Ben, is when visiting America an Englishman should be careful to observe the golden rule of any gentleman's club and never discuss religion or politics.

I got harrased by a BNSF bull in Alliance Texas a few years ago-on public property-a roadside ditch- with 2 other guys, one a italian citizen, and no problem, he ran our IDs... at the time I was really fucking worried he'd be jailed to wait for immigration

Stick to Any major city I wouldn't try farms for work here theyz broker' n hell and usually only work with the few hands they have had for years just my suggestion
