SoCal (strangely) bc the people were so friendly
NorCal as long as you're not too close to the State of Jefferson
Philly, PA
RIchmond, VA
Colorado

The Midwest is not as bad as I was led to believe.

New England is naturally beautiful but also has a good amount of deforestation and casual racism.

Stay away from Reno. CT is meh. NJ is also not bad as you would think.

Interesting you say SoCal. I think people overate the fake shallow Californian. Even people in L.A. seemed lax to me considering all the hustle and bustle in that town. I was shocked at how down to earth they were.

But San Diego? Wow! I think that city is the epitome of "laid back". Extremely friendly people. Rivaling Alabama from my experience.
