Most of my patches are stencils as i haven't got into silk screening yet,

Nice! I started with stenciling too and its still my first love haha but screen printing allows much more detail im my images, my Avatar is a printed patch I did awhile back.

I've seen people that use fabric with paint markers to make custom patches.
