Caught with drugs in Spain

Hello everyone! Hate to post this but i just need to be at peace knowing if i have to face anything and what to expect

I'm at a festival and I had 3g of M on me. They took it and asked for my documents, but my residence is in Romania. I told them I don't have any address and I'm just here for the festival. What should I get ready for? A fine?

The locals say since I got my passport back and didn't receive any papers seems like I'm all good
Only problem is that i drive around in a van and I'm probably in some database and I'll get checked and tested every time I get stoped. Which is shit becose here they test for everything
