I feel like the fuckin you know punk rockers don’t like hip-hop concept is crazy man I mean it’s both music from the streets, you know, shit I mean I’ve been Gypsyin around this motherfucking place forever, but I was born and raised in the ghetto man. Shit I love that place I don’t think I really get out of It ever mentally . You know what they say ya can take the boy. But here I go digression again yeah, I like me some hip-hop. Also, if we’re talking fucking rad bands outside of the genre of punk or whatever it may be you ever listen to the Viagra boys.

Yeah no punk rock and hip hop go hand in hand. STZA from leftover crack was a huge Wu-Tang fan in fact such a big fan that his names STZA in honor of them.. List goes on far longer than that but punks(obviously not Nazi punks) and the underground hip-hop scene have been working hand in hand for ages.
MY favorite or most recent colab between a hiphop and punk(folkpunk) comes between AESOP ROCK, and Kimya Dawson. If you haven't heard there stuff its pretty common. But when you listen closely to alot of newer punk bands they are heavily influenced by hip hop lyricism there is a ton of tracks from days n daze that are more rap/hip hop than punk in terms of lyricism.
