I plan to check this out next month. They're also cool with people stopping by before and after the event to lend a hand.
Here's the event info:
This gathering is all about people coming together and the possibilities that come from that. By building community and working together we can do so much. And of course good food good music and good times.

we have a open door policy which means anyone that hasn't made them self's unwelcome is welcome to show up any time. The land is consensus operated and has a list of guidelines (rules) that the community has agreed on, this list can change. The land also has a mission statement to help keep things on track.
some current guidelines are:
All dogs must be kept on a leash.
no drinking while it is light out no belligerent drunken behavior.
no violence.
no drugs.
After the first week people are expected to help out and pitch in, 20 hrs per person and 10$ a week per family both are flexible and if you don’t have money you wont be asked for any.
