I will be there in a few hours. Who has passed through there? What was your experience like? Do you have any interesting stories about this town?

I heard that rockhounding is big in secorro county too. Any good finds around the area?

It's 120 miles from there. All I know is its snowing so I'm glad I got a motel! Need a shower bad too hahaha

I was just through here. Great camps out east by the Rio Grande. Bus from here to Belen/ABQ/Sante Fe for 3 bucks. Radio telescope array museum. Also heard about the rockhounding but I'm going to guess it's further west up in the mountains by magdelena. Other than that, this part of NM is super boring.
