Hey there ya'll!
I just thought I'd throw this down and introduce myself - I jumped on here as a friend recommended it and really I need some advice on a hop I'd like to do this summer (on the Hudsons Bay line (cn) to churchill-there are urban myths this has been down but I haven't met anyone or heard concrete advice, just whats in the crew-change
...but I guess I'll leave that for the hop/destination section (so many questions - like is it true that its illegal to walk outside in the "city" in the summer or bears will maul you? hmmm).
arg..where to start...
so I like graffiti (mainly stencils...or EXISTENCILS!) and urban exploring, letters, being a sewer rat, sitting on planks of wood in the water, the north, the mountains, mimicking coyotes, drinking in old-man bars and under bridges, building bikes and reading. the northern lights and banjos. right now im wintering in a cold hellhole and wondering why. and thinking of all the wonderful places I want to travel to this year after a yearlong hiatus last year! tennessee? halifax? chicago? oh, the options!
in general I just want to go with what comes, not settle down as everyone tells me I must, and keep searching out for...something...something that I cant quite put my finger on but something I feel I can only find on my own and struggle right now against the urge to just buy farmland in the dirt-cheap prairies...
