Autism is no excuse for blaming women for your unsucsesful love life. My little brother is autistic and of I ever heard him refer to women the way you did, as nothing more than inconveniences that don't give you enough attention because they're too focused on their drugs, rape pasts, and periods, id tell him he's getting treated exactly how he deserves by women.

Hope you can get past that man. Maybe try and improve on yourself rather than blame an entire gender
