How to get stronger to carry bag?

I have been struggling with this issue for years. I am 69 years old, and don't have the strength to carry a heavy load. I have bicycled extensively, cross north America, numerous double century rides, but now i am too old for all that. I prefer a backpack that weighs no more than ten pounds. I...

DeSantis Signs Bill Banning Sleeping in Public

I strongly feel that any person, animal or thing that has been born on the earth has the right to lay down upon her to rest. Not allowing this is the height of unholiness. Time for the revolution.

Great source for free chain lube is pretty much and trash can at a gas station. Car drivers add oil to their cars and then throw the bottle away, leaving at least a tablespoon still in there. You can use that easily.

    Walking shoe recommendations?

I avoid boots as my ankle bones hates to be pushed on. I walk hundreds of miles a month in just running shoes, dsometimes cheap ones. I lived in a 35 ft Avion travel trailer for ten years. I enjoyed the time. Here's what I learned... Those fridges or frequently 3 way powered, ac, dc and propane. News & Blogs Why a Converted School Bus Makes a Great Home

Lots of folks love these school busses, and they seem reasonable as an rv, but I would urge caution.
