Dingee caught the westbound in the beginning of september. Dude road hard for a long time and had the sweetest old dog. I first met them at an anarchist gathering awhile back. We quickly became friends after they chastised everyone who didn't do the dishes. For the people who didn't know em, they did a lot of work collaborating info for new CCs. Last we talked they were starting to settle down but I just checked my messages here and had one from them asking about how chaotic the west coast was and if I was out there still. Fuck I gotta check this site more.

RIP Dingee, i met them this summer in Cincinatti, they were always willing to go on a dumpster diving mission or cook someone a delicious meal in our squat kitchen or jam out to some music or play a game. Such a cool dude, fly high Dingee and ride hard on those trains in the sky

Aww, the dishes bit is really true to their character.

I can't remember when I met them...maybe May Day 2018? They were traveling with a friend of mine who had Dingee in tow when I invited them over to the place I had been staying.

It initially freaked me out to have two folks over as a visitor myself (this house was mostly older punks who had cleaned up for the most part) but Dingee outshined all of us as the star guest, regaling our host with stories while washing up all sorts of produce they'd gotten from a feed somewhere. They whipped up a full meal and a few sides for all of us and charmed the shit outta me with their sweet and attentive affect.

I'd run into them again with the same friend when I got stuck up in Portland for the winter last year. Last I saw them, we were sharing the same bus "home" to our respective sleep spots. We were both roughin' it at that point, but had kind words to share and genuine enthusiasm to have reconnected for a sec.

Condolences to all their friends. Such a sweet soul.
