"Hump off" is used when you want your dog to quit leg humping.
"Hump on" achieves the opposite effect.
I don't think there is a language which is specifically used by dirty kids when talking to their dogs.
I wouldn't make too much of "street commands", but I bet there are some who have a couple words in common with others.
