Ive been purusing this site pretty regularly for bout a month now and have yet to properly introduce myself. So heres a poem i wrote bout 8 months ago when i was battling some personal demons. Seemed despondent at the time, but now it brings me hope...
THEY KEEP CHANGING THINGS WHILE I/M ASLEEP-
I/VE LIVED THIS DREAM MANY TIMES BEFORE & I THINK I/M READY TO WAKE UP-
I/M AFRAID OF WHAT COLOR THE SKY WILL BE WHEN I GET THERE-(WILL IT BE PASTEL OR VIBRANT?CLEAR OR OPAQUE?)
I CAN/T REMEMBER THINGS AS CLEARLY AS I ONCE COULD...MUST BE THE DOPE OR THIS SUGAR COMA I/VE BEEN IN-
I MISS BEING ALIVE BUT, PERHAPS I/M READY TO BE DEAD AGAIN.
