Everyday I spend on this Earth I feel more and more frustrated with this issue I see cropping up time and time again. I have been studying the different aspects of the machine. Particularly how The News and media at large manipulate people on a grand scale.

I can't stress enough how dire the situation is on this front. People do not understand just how artificial the news really is. People take everything said at face value and it allows others to control them very easily. They grow complacent because they don't understand the doubts and fears fed to them by the News.

It becomes so exhausting for me losing people time and time again because I get so sad and angry over this fact. I carry it around with me forced to stay silent because people won't hear it. I just want a way to show them what i mean. Instead I have to babysit them like children constantly getting fucked over in spit of my best efforts.

Does anyone have any advice on this front? It grows harder for me to keep it inside. I can't live up to these inhuman standards of patience and empathy that I have to tread every-time I come into contact with people.

You understanding something, be it anything, is useless if your attitude is one of trying to change someone. People are incredibly sensitive to that (people who are hooked on news and conspiracy theorists even more so)
You have to first process the pain in your own experience before you can deal with others, because if not all they will feel from the exchange energetically is the high emotional charge you carry, and become defensive immediately
Best is to reach equanimity and calm about the topic or issue, by understanding how to best help others and when someone realizes you are not there to change their mind, when they ask you a question they have opened up, if not, in the future, no rush
You have to believe in the ability for people to change and grow, and give them the feeling you respect their opinions and views, even if they believe in outlandish things, their experience is real to them

*And always, if not possible, leave, or if its a lasting issue, limit contact, you cant change others they need to be open to it... protect your peace

You can try as hard as you can to open other people's eyes, but if their mind is closed, it is closed. If they believe what they are spoon fed, then they are stuck in the Matrix. If they don't want out, you can't pry them out, so don't even bother.

I've seen news crews being very careful to angle their cameras to make things not look as bad, or put a different spin on things. I've read countless outright lies. This is the way it's always been, and it seems to be worse now, especially with the mainstream media. Of course many influencers on social media are trying to spin their own narrative, usually trying to profit from it. I believe what my eyes tell me.

For one example I'm sure we are all well aware of, all one has to do is look at the current price of houses in the US; then look at the median income it takes to buy one. That math doesn't even come close to adding up... While you're at it, take a look at the average debt carried on credit cards and automobiles. Now realize we live in a consumer-driven society. Will the news point out that these prices are in no way sustainable? No, of course not! That would lead to a loss of advertisers. Plus, any reporter trying to tell that story would be told to tune it down or go with something else, and if they didn't, they would be let go.

Bad news causes investors to get nervous. That can cause stock prices to drop. That can cause a financial panic. That leads to, well, a financial collapse. Never mind the fact that it will happen anyway. But, try to tell that to most people on the street and they will tell you that the economy is "fine," as they still have a job, money, and believe what the news tells them. They ignore the store closures, as they believe the line that it's due to people shopping online, and nothing more... It's only once they lose their job that reality sets in for them. Then their eyes are forced open.

Your best bet it to just learn to let others go who cannot or will not be open to the truth. Why waste your time and energy on those who do not wish it? YOU know the truth, whatever that may be.

If you're "out and about" you ALWAYS see things that the news doesn't cover, or, more aptly, ignores or covers up with a "fluff" piece. But, if your eyes and mind are open as a result, you see a far different world than most live in...
