Chapman Field Park is a baseball field closed for soil testing, but you can't even see the ball fields. Wish I had grabbed a photo because the bleachers are overlooking probably five years of tropical growth.
The main attraction is the dog park, but the Google reviews complain how far it is from the parking lot.
The score is Shoal Point (see video). Unless someone was hiding, there wasn't a human within a mile of me. Yes this is a mangrove forest so you'll need protection against bugs and reptiles, but it's chill enough you can probably camp there unnoticed. It's a muddy trail from the dog park, but it's fake locked by a gate... so you either have to know about it or want it bad. It's not impassible by mountain bike and there's two ways you can go that are probably connected. This path is not maintained except for trash pickup near the entrance. Fallen trees, broken wood bridge, etc.
Pitch camp with a buddy and go for a swim in the Atlantic. Try not to get eaten.
