Looking for a Place in the Balkans (Jan-March 2025)

Hey, I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask, but my friend is planning to go somewhere in the Balkans between January and March 2025.
They’re looking for someone who might have a flat and would be open to letting someone stay for a few weeks or months while they travel.
They’d prefer a private flat over a squat or larger housing project and would be able to pay rent.
If you know someone who might be interested or can connect us with someone, that would be great.

Last year my friends organized a big house for hitchhikers/travelers where folks could drop in and stay free of charge. At most there were 40 of us living in like a 40 square meters apartment lol, it was wild. Anyway that ended when summer ended but maybe some of my friends still have the contact to the lady that rented us the apartment, maybe it's still available, I can ask if you're stil interested.

Its not quite balkans, but I'm from Ljubljana, Slovenia and I sleep on the floor so the bed/bedroom is an empty room

there are unfortunately no squats here
*this got me thinking and I wrote a post in the squat section here

but yeah, let me know if you swing by, my doors are open, with the only rule of no smoking and alcohol inside the apartment, do whatever else, cook, anything in the shelves and fridge is free reign, as long as you clean after yourself all is well
