Inspired by life of pi

I finally watched the movie last night and the uncle of pi was my favorite character. It got me thinking about going to all the must swim places in America. One I would recommend is the elk river on the 4th of July. There's a rather large gathering of people just floating down it with a good number of small "bluffs" to jump off of. This is where I did my first 360 backflip and tried a double backflip that ended up being a backflip into a backflop. Please leave destinations and stories so that we could design a mamaji trail.

I've done a few "wet fanny" events pretty cool - a lot of people on all sorts of flotation devices. Last one I did was "Float your fanny in the Sesquenny" (sesquehenna river - Williamsport PA area).

I did consider that but I felt as though splitting the must swim spots up into states would be convoluted. In the movie it was international as well but if you truly feel that those would be better than a collection of places in this thread I will delete this if possible and such
