Anyone have any animals that don't actually just depend on the capital industrial system? As in meat or dairy animals or draft? or dogs they feed roadkill, feed from hunting or self slaughter of their own herd or dumpster diving. I have hardly bought food for my old road dog in years thanks to some good old fashioned busting my ass in a subsistence manner it can be done!. Moving away from subsistence sheep to pack dairy goats this year. Butchering my ox for winter subsistence as well since he's refused to work now and becoming quite untrustworthy. Take care!
