HI! I'M NEW! Travelling europe now, the states later.

Hi everyone!

Quick introduction: I'm a young digital nomad, travelling with my comrade in crime, organizing international solidarity and stronger ties between the current progressive movements while developing and launching firefund.net, a decentralised crowdfundingplatform for activists.

Right now, we're on our way to Barcelona. We need an office really bad. An office and a place to stay - and it can be the same thing. And you know, it doesn't really have to be an office, we just need electricity and internet and a place to work for 8 -10 hours a day.

SO do anyone have any good contacts? Or just names of squats, house projects, social centers, info-shops and whatever? We're going there next week, we're currently squatting in Milano.

Please, ask if you have any questions or just want to hang out digitally. I was so happy when I found this place, I really think and hope it's my kind of forum! You all seem really nice!

Welcome to STP. You could make a post on the crust surfing section of the forum. I know you're looking for a bit more than a couch to sleep on but if anyone had a space to offer that's where they'd post about it.

How about a library? A lot of them limit the internet acces one way or another but in Barcelona there should be at least one where you can work.

And @etpyh, I hope libraries are better than in Italy, because there you are really fucked wifi-wise if you don't have an italian phone number. But we will surely resort to public libraries, if nothing else works out. But it's hard to do all-nighters in libraries, you know.
