A few days ago I went exploring around the Salton Sea area with my friends Shannon and Drew, and we had a killer day just driving around and seeing what there was to see surrounding Slab City. Check out the photo essay below for some of the neat pictures I took with my cell phone of places like Obsidian Butte, the Salton Sea, and (best of all) the Glamis Sand Dunes (which looks a lot like the Sahara Desert!).
