ok, just being bored and sharing, again. it's wha I do.
WE had to do creative collages for 2-d design class and I think I had the most fun with this one out of EVERYTHING we did because the teacher didn't try to over-direct us. just just got told something like "complimentry colors/soothing" and go to go from there. I believe the assignment was "contrasting colors/conflict" but I forget exactly.
my intention was to make a collage in which I changed as little as possible to the original image in order to convey the largest change in the feeling of the photo.
I thnk the second one (larger version here - collage3 by ~frostedideals on deviantART) was the "soothing" collage.
this one I have framed, matted down, and under the collage i wrote "so for things in this world really matter..."
