I’m looking for some habitable caves in the lower 48 that are relatively secluded but also a reasonable bicycling distance from a town (for re-supply) ...

Anyone know of any?

There's some here in Wisconsin. For sure around Maribel and Wisconsin Dells.

The dells caves can be pretty heavily patrolled, so be careful if you're coming here.
