    “Into the wild”

Say that I starved; that I was lost and weary; That I was burned and blinded by the sun; Footsore, thirsty, sick with strange diseases; Lonely and wet and cold....but that I kept my dream!

    san diego camp/park suggestions?

I havent been for about 3 years, but Ocean Beach used to be friendly to car campers, buncha travellers and hippies parked all over. Also if you wait til after sunset you can descend the cliffs at Sunset Cliffs and sleep on the beach, just check the tide. Another idea; you can go up to Black's...

    I know what I'm doing and yet I don't. Hi, I'm new.

I'd be happy to! Plain and simple, You dont need a job to get what you need. In my experience spanging/panhandling is more a result of laziness than necessity. I understand there are those that dont have the physical and mental faculties to earn what they need, but for the vast majority of us we...

    I know what I'm doing and yet I don't. Hi, I'm new.

To me panhandling/spanging always implied that if you dont work you have to beg; which I dont like and is far from the truth. But to each their own. Anyhow, @Iblis , you're hot and young. Sell your body, dood. Easy work. Duh.

Traveling longer distances by motor scooter

It won an award, Dick! Just kidding. But seriously, ouch, dooder. Why so harsh? I only watched the trailer but they looked like a typical pack of bro's trying to have some fun. They seemed a little too johhny knoxville/jackass for my tastes, but at least they are out adventuring. Looked like...

Glad to be a member. Anyone have any suggestions on cheap or free dental care?

I dunno about travelling across borders or what deems 'necessary travel' right now; but I have met a lot of people that have travelled to latin america to get dental work done on the cheap, mainly mexico and belize. Maybe look into that?

    “Into the wild”

Indeed. When I was up there; there were a ton of kids (lots of internationals) that were stoked and intent on that hike. It's surprising to me how many people get themselves in trouble on the stampede trail, as it's a fairly easy hike and youre never too far from the highway. Who knows. Anyway...

    Becoming a Scuba Instructor

Sad stuff. This is why I dont read the news. Its just makes me depressed. Anyhow, just quickly educated myself a bit on the situation. What stands out most to me is that the white officer charged had FUCKING 18 prior complaints filed against him! MPD didnt release details but common sense...

Ahhhhh, I have so many great summertime memories up high in SW CO. 😍 Valley view is my favorite hot spring. A bit south of the collegiates. Ever been up toward steamboat? Zirkel wilderness is expansive, lotsa good mountains, and strawberry hot springs is very cool.

Everything you need, nothing you dont. I like how I'll see climbers and runners in mountains with these expensive Gu's and gels, and I'm eating gummy worms and smoking a doob as I pass them. Co Springs is 'home', but the south san juans and wienemuche is my fave part of CO. You like Silverton?

How has covid19 changed your social circle?

In my experience; when someone needs to vocalize what are good friend they are or how you can trust them; they usually aren't and you usually shouldnt. Those that do; dont feel a need to talk. THIS! This is one of the hardest things I have had to learn in life. In the end; we are all very much...

What are your experiences like hitchhiking in Alaska?

Agreed 100%! In three months I was up and down the Daulton and never waited more than 30 minutes for a ride. AK is the best to hitch in.
