Long time lurker, former greenhorn/traveler/dirty kid bingo winner/rubber tramp/hitchhiker/oogle shithead, trying to put this thing in the hands of the yuppies for some reason. Avoided giving it to you guys because some of you probably definitely know some of the characters in here, for better or worse. When my old road dawg Vinnie died last year, I rewrote the last third. I'm sure many on this site knew him, and other travelers that have passed on (whose names, except for a few, I've changed). My heart and soul went into this thing over the last 5 years, about events almost 10 years ago now. This novel keeps holding onto me for dear life, or I'm holding onto it, and it's far past time I release it into the void of cyberspace.
A few things you should know:
1) It's about Vampires, Standing Rock, heroin, polyamory, cheating, meth, and the vicious violence we inflict upon each other. I wrote it thru a Seattle-specific anarchist lens. It's as PC as I could stomach, and it doesn't necessarily reflect my thoughts or actual experience. It is fiction after all.
2) I renamed people and places, specifically Drainbow, to curb the yuppies from catching on.
3) I wrote it for us originally, then for the yuppies, then for me, and maybe you scummy fucks will love it, hate it, criticize it, I'm here for it all.
4) GG Allin makes a few choice appearances.
5) It picks up in the 2nd third, so if you're bored, flip around.
666) It's fucking good, I know it is.
777) The formatting is meant for easy reading on a phone screen.
