South Dakota has non resident RV tags and insurance. You can even file via the Internet now. Lookup a rural tag office location and give them a call they will walk you through the process -

Lived in an army outfitter tent, with woodstove, almost two years before building a cabin. Making my own little hot tent stove out of a popcorn can for the bush. What is your set up, make model etc? Planning on living in it? How heavy is it?
