Was she abused?.. how can I break her shakiness?!!

.. alrite, so about a month ago, after a couple of years away, i move back into the house where my gmaw and aunts n uncles liven-along with MY female rottweiler mix of about 8 years now..tothe point. she walks around most of the time, when in contact with ppl, all nervous and if u make sudden movements shell jump and flee. she wasnt like this 2 years ago..like she is stull the alpha wgen it comes to other dogs but with humans shes shaky n nervous i.e. when i go to pick up a broom or somethin.. so my question is, how do i snap her out of this n make her trust again or is it too late bcuz shes pretty old.. BTW i alreasy told allthese MFs that live here DO NOT MESS WITH HER GOR JACK SHIT. YALL BEEN F
