Hello everyone, I want to start by apologizing for not catching this sooner, we migrated our alert service recently and It just slipped my mind to setup STP. Last night our service provider suffered an unexpected error that we were not notified of and because of the recent migration we were also not notified when the website went down. We are planning to fully mitigate this by migrating the STP instance to a new more stable provider.
