Just wanted to remind everyone that if you're going to be in any place for a length of time and there's a Volunteer Way, check for their mobile health units.
I've used them many times.
You can get free and greatly reduced antibiotics, etc...cheaper even than local health departments who are still looking to make a dollar
The staff of the VW mobile clinics are volunteers...meaning that going in, they know what they're getting into. No pay so they aren't worried about insurance or what you can pay.
The one local to me, you NEVER need ID or a home address. Everyone is welcome to seek basic help.
The staff has always been understanding and kind.
