For anyone in Moab right now, if you need to find a decent place to snooze for the night, the flood has created a lot of natural tents out of the fallen trees along the various creeks (e.g. Pack Creek, Mill Creek, etc.) that run through the city.

Just be aware that the area north of Mill Creek in Bullock Park is private property, the floods have knocked down and buried a lot of the demarcation fencing and signage.

Try to avoid the large patch of dirt behind the LDS church located around 38.577407, -109.557969. It's near a senior citizen center and their residents like to take walks in the area. They called 911 on me and a cop came and politely told me to move due to that.
