SKATEBOARDING in the bay area

Back in the late 90s I sk8ed the fuck out of the bay. I must have seen most of frisco, oaktown and Berkley, by double tail.
 
I'm down. I'm in the Emeryville area at the moment. I don't skate in the east bay that often, I usually bus to the city to skate Waller or the SOMA park.

Last time I was in the east bay I was blown away at the sight of Emeryville being something other than warehouses.

One time the roomie and I were headed down to the honeybun/cinnamon-roll dumpster in Emeryville and we turned the corner and right there on the side of the road, was a brand new 4ft Graphics waterbong. Nothing but warehouses and loading docks, two street lights and an empty street, except for that bong.
