People with scanners

M***If you have a scanner be shure to gorrila tap or duck tape the antenna to the bnc connecter where the antenna locks into the top of scanner.
After ruff use thisDOES NOT WORK
antenna still comes off !

For this reason, I've always hated BNC type antennas. I prefer the kind that screw in all snug and cozy like.

I have a Baofeng UV-5R UHF/VHF radio, it's handy in emergencies and a secondary comms device should the world go to shit tomorrow and cell service goes down. lol
