I've been moving from place to place since I've known, but Colorado Springs is my chosen home. My limited travels largely revolve around that town. North Carolina, Florida, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Oregon are where I have family and close friends, so I naturally bounce between these states like a sucker.

I'm getting older, ties are fraying and breaking, and I find myself looking at road atlases, downloading assortments of PDFs, packing and repacking, working in strange warehouses and on endless conveyor belts, reminiscing and blah blah

I'm not sure what I'm getting at.

was like that for many years.

now im on a place im calling home, bought equipment, ripping brush out and cutting trees for firewood and to have clear land for next springs crops.

im astonished at how little I look to the road now.
