Just call Me "Tilly". If I connect with old travel friends on here, that would be great. 10 years ago I left a small Georgia town that my family is in with a pack and traveled and adventured the U.S. It was one of the best 3 years of my life (and sometimes the worst) Now, I am finishing a book about that time. I tried a few years living in suburban Indiana and working a desk job and almost lost my soul. In March, I set off on a new journey, my rules and it was amazing. My dumb add tried to settle down in Texas in the middle of an amazing journey. Anyhow, I'm back in that little town in Georgia and I just can't do it. Or shall I say, won't. At the moment I still have wheels and am looking to head west,maybe slab city. I want to freely create. I have a dog and a few money making skills to get by. I'm open to travelling with someone,. Since I have a car, combined skills could make for an easier road.

I too almost lost my soul to a desk job.. Luckily I discovered the road, just like you. Slab City would actually be a great place for you to relax and be able to write freely. I must say, I will definitely be reading a copy of your book!

Great to meet you! I am surprised that I have never even been there. years back used a site like this called "digihitch" I was just out in the desert and came back east. why? I dunno
