Howdy, I'm Meaghan, born and raised in Tucson, and it's about time for a change! I've tried school over and over again, worked many shitty jobs, and realize it's not the way to go. I'm digging this site already, looking for inspiration, and information before hitting the road. I'm here to learn, listen, and participate, thanks all.

Welcome!

If you're looking to learn, you've picked a great family to join and a treasure trove of information to delve through.

Enjoy the journey and again, welcome!

Hey MKD welcome to STP.

Lot of info on the site. There is a search function across from your name and mail/alerts. You can also jump in the chat for someone to point you in the right direction or create a thread.

Do you have any particular destination(s)?

Thanks! I'm looking to go anywhere and everywhere really, there are a couple places I'd like to be for a bit: Key West, New Orleans, visit friends in Seattle, etc. My idea is to travel around, living in my truck.

Sounds like a good plan.

Washington and the PNW/Cascades mts are beautiful... though I've only spent a few years in cali and some trips/vacation time in BC and Tahoe... exct... I plan on a return at some point.

You could check out the forum on vehicleliving / rubbertramping for tips and ideas on living out of a vehicle.
This was a cool thread some time ago on a pickup I recall.
