Hobo Bodybuilding Diet

Has anyone else been into this? I've been giving it my best shot with moderate results. Things were going ok until I got close to running out money which cut into my nutrition. Then I started working again which meant moving to the jobsite, squatting in the house we were working on, and not lifting. Regardless, I have managed to put on 6 pounds since I started up again and maintain it since then.

Other than my personal changes and hang ups, diet has been one of the more difficult things for me to navigate. Living without refrigeration is tough, but it it not impossible to meet the caloric needs, assuming you have the money to support it. Restaurants are obviously one way to do it. But given that every meal out is like, $20 even if it's fast food makes that unsustainable. Here's what I cook and eat in a day, typically.

I have a camp stove and a simple kitchen that I carry around in two 5gal buckets. This includes: a stainless steel frying pan, one burner camp stove, Butane/ propane gas; one plate, fork, knife, and spoon; a funnel, cutting board, and a sharp cutting knife. It isn't much but it allows me to cook pretty much everything I need.

Protein
===================================

Tinned fish: sardines, tuna, and mussels
Drinking raw, pasture raised eggs, whisked together with orange juice
Porkchops
Steak (occasionally when I can afford it)
Beef liver
Mussels

Carbs/ veggies
===================================

Bread
Oatmeal, cold water. (Honestly tastes kind of shitty, but if you're lazy and don't care it's fine. Adding some honey can go a long way.)
Granola bars, Cliff bars. (I don't usually buy them because they are expensive, but sometimes other people give them to me)
Pasta (very rarely as it requires far too much gas to boil water. I can post my work around another time)

Fruits and Veggies
===================================
Radishes
Kale
Brussel sprouts
Bananas
Onions

Fats
===================================
Coconut oil for cooking
Ghee for cooking
Cheap, fatty cuts of meat such as porkchops or a chuck eye steak
Walnuts
Brazil nuts

This list is mostly what I eat. Like I said, I have been seeing moderate results when I was actively training, but since I started working and moving around again, I have dropped off a little. If anyone else is into this or wants to take some sort of culinary inspiration from my list feel free to do so and share your thoughts below!
