Hiya from a Newbie

22 yo male about to head out of Baton Rouge.

First big destination is Atlanta where I am picking up more gear from a family friend; however since I am so close to New Orleans will probably head there first for a few days.

I feel comfortable doing solo, but having a road dog would be a hell of an adventure too.

Good luck man. The best thing to do when your new you already did. Come out and say it. That's the difference between a greenie and an oogle. go on and get ya some miles in brother once you pick up some skills and overcome some fears the good does outweigh the bad. Of it didn't I woulda hung this up long ago and gone on back to being a schmuck
