Hello! New to unconventional traveling. =)

Hello! My name is Ian. I'm a Russian-American currently living in the Orlando, Florida area and hoping to get into unconventional traveling methods. I'm a very seasoned traveler, but I've no experience with hitch-hiking, freight hopping, or anything of the likes, so I hope that I'll gain some useful information and perhaps even some new contacts whilst browsing this forum, although I'm not so sure if this is the most active forum around for stuff like this.

Anyway, some of my destinations are, in no order of priority:

Orangeville, Ontario, Canada
Atlanta, Georgia, USA
Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico
Uppsala, Uppland, Sweden
Colver, Pennsylvania, USA


Any advice at all towards helping me get to these places as cheap as possible would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading and I hope to come closer to visiting these places! =)
