Have you all ever been to Salt lake city?

I will be going to Colorado but I couldn't make up my mind about going to Salt Lake City or Billings Montana

I lived in Montana for years (had a wife kid and mom in butte) but I've never liked Billings, don't get me wrong I had a blast there but I was also housed up and not traveling and all my friends were trying to drown my in PBR or weed .
But it's really just a boring town to me in the most "Kansas" part of the state.
Go to Missoula or Kalispell, there fucking awesome

..... hopping out to SLC tonight from Vegas.
Got stuck home bumming in North Vegas for a month and a half.
This should end up being my longest hop ever since I normally rubber tramp . But I'm try to get to OKC my brother is dying there.
If anyone has any info on the route I'll be taking please message me.
I'm thinking Vegas to SLC/Ogden to Denver to witchita? Then south to OKC?
