Getting ready to leave

Right now Im in Knoxville TN. I really can't stand it anymore, Ive been packing and getting ready so I can leave any day now but I have no idea where. Its really my first time but Ive got a pretty good idea of what to expect. Just need some help picking a destination, preferably someplace a little warmer. I was kinda thinking the west coast, and Id love to meet some crusties haha. Never see any around here. Id be up for some company while traveling too, so let me know what you think.

there's a rainbow gathering down in Ocala, FL right now and there's another one going on in northern California. a lot of travellers tend to drop by so you could probably find a road dog (if you want one) or just meet a lot of cool folks and learn a buncha stuff. may be a good first stop for you?
