I'm not too sure if this is the right section to post.
I just got a new set of Ortlieb Front Roller Classic and the lower clip that secures onto the rack seems to not move unless loosened - when it is, it has too be tightened as it slides all over the shop.
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? As I'm close to near positive it's my lack of understandment of them that's why I'm stuck.

But ... there new - I've just never used these before so I'm not too sure if this is how it's supposed to be or maybe the screws have to be loosened and there meant to be 'wobbly' or something :/
