These types of gadgets aren't too expensive, like $7-$12, and I'm thinking about buying one.. I'm prone to buying camping gadgets, so I probably shouldn't, but thought I'd ask... Normally I huff and puff, and it's suited me well so far, but maybe one of these extendable/retractible contraptions might turbo-charge getting my kindling going, especially if it's wet.
Might also save me from burning off my eyebrows if there's a flash from exploding tree sap in a loose pinecone or something- Had one or two close calls.
Watched a couple of youtube videos, but I'm still not sure it's even worth it.
