I dont know. But anyway. The stretch of coast between Taba and Nuweiba, there are some little camps right on the beach, very cheap with the ocassional Bedoiun coming down from somwhere and offering hash or whatever. Good food. Some snorkeliing.
Dahab is for divers, mostly, more people, but still laid back vibe.
The monastery st. katherine is fantastic, unfortunately so many people are going up there that you feel like a camel being herded.
Sharm El-Sheikh is pure package tourism.
