the price is awesome, but keep in mind that 22ft is not very big at all. good for one person at most.

I was just discussing it in chat with boyofmetal and wizehop and preacher...
Certainly you would have to pay mooring fees... in Seattle seems to be at least 500 bucks a month guesstimate BOM...
BUt yea this particular boat may be abandoned and there would be a bit of tricky in establishing title.. though maybe not to difficult. The thing is it would need work and money invested for sure. And then you might find cheap mooring or if you anchor out somewhere you need to buy a dinghy to shuttle your self to mainland.
It's doable I imagine but life on a boat will have its challenges and expenses... just gotta overcome the challenges and be creative to minimize the expenses... maybe...
