    Hello. I am trying to make it to Hawaii to work for the winter. Any suggestions that you may have would be appreciated. I have never been out. Thanks in advance for your help; take care.

    I have never been out there either. I pack parachutes for drop zones, so that is how I found my work. It was a temporary position I applied for online. My guess is they have wwoof farms that you could apply to, but I don't know much about wwoofing. I would make a post on the forums in regards to it.

    I leave on September 9th. I'm still in NY packing chutes here for a few days before my flight leaves. It's gonna be pretty rad though. I'll be on the North Shore.

    Hopped from Letchworth to Binghamton for a few day adventure with a buddy. Wish they left the trestle bridge there...so long in 2017.

    Cool man. I'm starting from the East coast again, but I was planning on just doing the whole thing or at least heading out there. Glad you figured out what you're working towards. I'll have my phone and be active on StP so I'll let you know my whereabouts. Might leave before October depending on work here if it gets weathered out.

    Trying to map out a bicycle tour from Deadhorse, Alaska to Ushuaia, Argentina. Hopefully get this going sometime next summer :)

    @cultofsam Actually I will take you up on that list of stuff to do. I will be getting a cheap bicycle while I'm there so I would love to know what to explore around the area. Thanks a bunch.

    Back in Phoenix. Might volunteer for the Neon Run. Looking for a cheap bike to check out south mountain park.

    Best part about packing parachutes is the free private plane rides to events. Got to fly a plane the other day. Headed back to Phoenix...
