There is no comprehensive collection of resources in Flagstaff, so I'm making this thread. Might do this for Tucson, as well.
Flagstaff shelter Services Inc
4185 E Huntington Dr, Flagstaff, AZ 86004
Pros: Decent food for dinner and seconds, they allow pets, no 1 under 18, sobriety not required, next to a truck stop. Bike parking. Limited client parking. They have covid tests, and they have a different area for people that contract covid to sleep in.
Cons: sobriety not required, They only allow one bag per person, If you sleep upstairs you have to go downstairs at 7 AM even though people aren't required to leave the shelter until 10 AM. It's located on a back road, so it's a 14 minute walk from the nearest bus. Thin blankets.
The shelter has a website/ email, Facebook, and Twitter. You can contact the higher up staff if you have comments or complaints that you feel it would be appropriate to share with the on-site staff. Use your best judgment on that one. Shelter tonight. Home tomorrow. | Flagstaff Shelter Services - https://flagshelter.org/
I wouldn't suggest being bothered with the other shelters unless you're into being indoctrinated into christianity.
Flagstaff Family Food Center: hot meal service
1903 N 2nd St, Flagstaff, AZ 86004

Community assistance team of Flagstaff
It's a bus that has shower and restrooms and light snacks and clothes, but they are in need of clothing donations.
They also have a program where unhoused people and travelers can pick up trash for Arizona minimum. As of right now this program is dominated by regulars, but they should be making a new schedule to pencil new people in - in the near future.
The bus parks in different spots, so check their schedule to see when they are.
