Hey y'all, my name is Vince and I am leaving my home and belongings behind to travel. I am leaving Milwaukee, WI via greyhound and headed to Austin or Denver.

Any tips for a first time solo travel? I'm a little nervous but mostly excited. Bringing little money and plan to squat / live the vagabond life.
 
Sup. Check out the Preperation for travel section of this site, and really, all sections of this site...good information for people just starting out all over the place. Be humble, dont trust everyone you meet, and make sure you have cold weather shit for Denver if yer going there.

...and remember, if you ever find yourself broke, prostitution is always reccommended....so...I'd start working on wrist loosening exercises NOW, to get ahead of the game.
